Privacy notice

Drama House is run by APP AGENTIC LTD. This notice explains what we collect on dramahouse.tv and why.

Early-access list

If you join the early-access list we keep your email address and, if you pick one, the kind of drama you would make first. We use them only to email you about the course and the drama studio. We delete them after the launch email, or within 12 months if the course never launches. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid through Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. Stripe Managed Payments may sell the order through Onelink as merchant of record, which you will see at checkout.

Where it is stored

The site and the early-access list are hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Measurement

We measure how people use the page (pages viewed, episodes played, sign-ups) with Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised sessions and heatmaps with form inputs masked, and the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that an ad visit led to a page view, an episode play or a sign-up so we can measure our ads. We do not send your email address to either. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@dramahouse.tv. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
